Sweet White Wine – Sauternes
This famous Sauternes wine will delight every true connoisseur; Its nose reveals an intensely rich expression with notes of pineapple and hints of linden, tangerine and resin. On the palate a deep full bouquet of grapefruit and chamomile intertwined with wild honey will greet your rate buds ending in a elegant, slightly acidic undertone for a perfect balance.

Made exclusively from grapes harvested from a number of our finest Cabernet vineyards on the Golan Heights. The wine aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, 40% of which were new.
A 55% cabernet sauvignon, 30% merlot, 10% cabernet franc and 5% petit verdot blend, aged for 18 months.
Blending takes place six months into the ageing process. The wines are fined with egg whites before bottling.
Fruity and blackberry on the nose and palate, crisp acidity, long, lingering finish.
Best paired with beef, veal or chicken dishes
Yiftah Vineyard 2013 is a single-vineyard wine from 95% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot grapes.
The wine is comprised of 49% Cabernet Sauvignon, 41% Petit Verdot and 10% Merlot. The composition of the varieties varies from one year to the next, depending on the nature of the harvest and in order to accentuate the Yatir character and quality and the uniqueness of the region and its vineyards. The wine was aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, with a third of them being new.
