In 2000, IDS wines are born of the knowledge that too few Kosher wines could satisfy our excellence desires. With a dream in mind: to produce exceptional wines without compromising their standards of Kashrut. These two requirements are the DNA of our company.

The production of a Kosher Grand Cru Classé is a process to be undertaken without compromise. From a selection of prestigious terroirs to a respectful wine grapes but also halahic rules. From the meticulous work in the vineyard to the rabbinical intransigence of our teams in the cellars.

Chateau Tour du Bosquay IDS

Elaborated by Mr Patrick Chancelier, renowed winemaker in Cadarsac, this wine is made in the finest Bordeaux tradition. Adjacent to the Saint-Emilion terroir, its vineyards produce wines filled with roundness, charm and finesse.

The vintage 2016 is among the great vintages since 2009: A marked character and a very fruity nose. Deep red color, ample and boned structure. It has a beautiful volume and offer a long after taste with walls and silky tannins.

Clos des Lunes Lune d'Argent IDS

Situated on the left bank of the Garonne river, 40km south of Bordeaux, the vineyards of Sauternes are legendary. Reputed the world over, Sauternes possesses no fewer than twenty six 1855 ‘Classified Growths’. It is upon this most ancient terroir, best known for its sweet wines of remarkable quality, that Olivier Bernard decided to write a new chapter, beginning in 2011. Here, with the Domaine de Chevalier team, he expressed a firm commitment to produce some of the finest dry white wines.

The success of this adventure is down to the unique pairing of this remarkable and complex terroir with the team at Domaine de Chevalier’s great expertise in producing fine dry white wines. Clos des Lunes pioneers an innovative revelation in the history of Bordeaux wine. The result is an entirely new wine that possesses modernity but is reassured by tradition - with a deep blue label, a unique bottle shape, a modern cork and a short capsule. A wine that with time proves the sound reasoning behind this quest: “At present no vintage, no single bottle shows the least sign of fatigue. There is still freshness and vivacity. This wine has real energy…”, affirms Olivier Bernard.

The soils that make up the terroir of Sauternes are composed of deep, well-aerated coarse gravel on the high ground, and red clay in Barsac. They lie upon a clay-limestone subsoil into which the old vines spread deep their roots. It is upon this land, which offers remarkable freshness, that Olivier Bernard chose to position Clos des Lunes. The terroir’s wonderful diversity of expression can be witnessed as it is blended into each of the wines. Among other advantages, Clos des Lunes benefits from excellent natural drainage thanks to sloping hills and a ubiquitous underground water network. Together, these two attributes ensure excellent hydric balance, demonstrated by the flourishing high-density vineyard.

Chateau de Valois

Le Pomerol De Valois 2011 is a beautifully constructed wine that was born on a prestigious and world famous appellation.


The wine has a beautiful ruby color with garnet reflection. Its powerful nose announces his personality marked aromas of violet and truffle.

A cocktail slightly jammy red fruit nose is expressive. Very pleasant and tasty palate, ending on a slightly woody.

Chateau Virginie de Valandraud 2015

Château Valandraud is the result of considerable work of a passionate couple in the world of wine, Jean-Luc Thunevin and Murielle Andraud. After a great success in Saint-Emilion as merchant, their ambition was to own their vineyards and to make their own wine. In 1989, they acquired a small plot of 0.6 hectares in the valley of Saint-Emilion between Pavie-Macquin and La Clotte.

Benjamin de La Tour de By

Constructed in 1825 on the ruins of a flour mill, the Phare de By (By Lighthouse) is located 300 metres from Gironde, on land 15 meters above water level, where vines have been cultivated for centuries. At the heart of a 94-hectare family estate stands the Château de La Tour de By, the gem of Médoc elegance constructed in 1876 by Monsieur Rubichon, son-in-law of the Count of Grammont. But after being resold at the start of the 1960s to a member of parliament, Monsieur Kaskoreff, the estate was almost abandoned. Its renaissance would come in 1965 when three repatriates returning from Tunisia acquired it. Amongst them, Marc Pagès, an agronomic engineer by training, intended to restore the estate to its former glory. The following year, he met Professor Émile Peynaud who would shortly become the first consultant oenologist of the Château de la Tour de By. The desire to produce upper-end wines would soon be rewarded in 1983 with
