50% Gewurztraminer, 30% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% French Colombard
Levanim is a fusion of Gewurztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc, and French Colombard, each is gently pressed and fermented in a slow, cold fermentation. The three varieties are assembled to a light white wine with bright acidity and aromas of lychee, citrus, green grass and flowers.

This wine is a blend of Petit Syrah 40% Petit Verdot 31% Shiraz 29%. Once blended, the blend was then further aged for an additional 15 months in French Oak Barrels. Deep red, dark and opaque colour, black fruit aromas and a complex bouquet of cocoa, leather and mint with soft tones of spices. Its body is full, and its finish balanced and prolonged. Aging will further enhance its quality.

The rocky shallow soil of this ancient wine country with its dry air and cool nighttime temperatures combine to offer ideal conditions for the production of quality wines. The wine is characterized by aromas of black fruit and coffee, with a full, rich yet elegant body. The wine was not filtered so as to preserve its full aromatic potential. Recommended to accompany: lean meats dishes.

Tasting Note: The Gamla Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits black currant and cherry fruit notes rounded out by earth, spice and French oak characters. This flavorful yet drinkable Cabernet presents good body and a satisfying finish.
