A fruity pleasantly dry red wine, made from quality Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot grapes grown in the northern part of Israel and harvested at optimum ripeness to produce a soft and pleasing wine to accompany any dish.
The Merlot grapes arrived to the winery in the morning after being mechanically harvested.
The grapes were separated from them stems and after a gentle pressing, the must is transferred with the skins and seeds into stainless steel tanks to begin fermentation. The fermentation lasts for 7 days, at a temperature of 26°C, under different conditions required to generate the color, flavors, and aromas typical of this variety.
After fermentation is complete, the grapes are gently pressed in the pneumatic press and transferred to an insulated stainless steel tank to commence natural malolactic fermentation, which is a fermentation process intended to stabilize and soften the wine.
After completing malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred to French and American oak barrels to mature for six months.

The Teperberg Vision Malbec is a finely constructed, many-layered wine from the Shfelat Yehuda Vineyard. Best paired with beef dishes or spicy food, this one’s been matured for five months in a combination of French and American oak barrels.
This wine is a blend of Petit Syrah 40% Petit Verdot 31% Shiraz 29%. Once blended, the blend was then further aged for an additional 15 months in French Oak Barrels. Deep red, dark and opaque colour, black fruit aromas and a complex bouquet of cocoa, leather and mint with soft tones of spices. Its body is full, and its finish balanced and prolonged. Aging will further enhance its quality.
A dry white wine, light to medium, Dalton Pinot Gris unleashes citrus, pear and straw fragrant notes. This wine prides in flavour notes of pear, tart apple, and grapefruit with some hints of lemon and mint all in a 750ml bottle of sheer enjoyment.
The grapes for this wine come from vineyards located in Misgav in the Galilee Pan Handle. The vineyard is planted at an altitude of 750 meters on a steep northeastern facing slope. The soil is red clay and very stony. The vineyard was planted in 2010.
The lot was hand picked in two stages during the month of August. The wine was fermented mainly in steel tanks with a small portion fermenting in second use barrels. The components were aged for four months before being blended and bottled.
This is fruit driven wine most suited to the Mediterranean climate. The wine is well-balanced light with soft acidity combining the fruity aromas of citrus and guava.
