This bottle was bottled at 58.6% ABV and matured in a combination of Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks for ten years and released in November 2021.
Full strength single malt Highlander that fills the nose with coffee cake, chocolate mousse, sticky dates and gingerbread and offers a palate of chocolate with hints of sultana and citrus peel, followed by marzipan and black pepper.
