a unique blend of Upper Galilee & Mount Meron terroir and distinguished vineyards rich with history. grapes were manually and selectively harvested at dawn, from carefully selected plots on the northern slopes of the mountain, which enjoy an ideal climate for frowing high qality, noble grape varieties. dedicated cre and personal attention to the vines yieldedperfect grape clusters, which underwent meticulous sorting upon reachingthe adjacent winery and controlled, supervised fermentation. this precision led to superb extraction, which was aged in fine french oak barrels. the result is in your hands: a vintage boutique wine, with a distinct identity that truly reflects its native landscape.

A unique blend of 61% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Merlot, 12% Petit Verdot and 9% Malbec. The varieties were aged separately for 15 months in new French oak barrels before the blend was created.
This is an elegant wine with an interesting complexity and a long finish.
Redolent of black cherry and raspberry, the Eagles Landing Pinot Noir aged in a combination of new French oak and neutral barrels. The red also boasts a layered finish during which notes of dark chocolate subtly emerge.

the grapes come from vineyards unique mosaic of mature, producing areas in the Galilee, the Judean lowlands and the hills of Jerusalem. Crops are limited and limited water regime donors for quality grapes. Experienced vintners and agronomic continuously monitoring the progress of the vine allow harvest each plot at its peak.
grapes arrived to the winery in the early morning and coolness were transferred to what "Crusher" directly to stainless steel fermentation tanks cooled. The must was fermented cool temperature of 22-24 PWD to preserve the character of varieties. After the fermentation the wine was aged in barrels Hmlolktit for 10 months. After this period was made from this screen that reflects the combination of noble varieties.

The wine is a blend of 46% Petit Verdot, 39% Syrah and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Four bottles of the same Petit Verdot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon blend, each with its own unique label: Inspiration, Joy, Creation and Love. The bottles are placed in a beautiful box which tell the story of Galil Mountain Winery and the wines. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 13 months. Suitable for drinking on any occasion.
A vividly colored red wine characterized by its scents of young fruit, particularly cherry and strawberry. Its soft, pleasant body is rich and well-balanced, with a delicate, soft finish.
The Merlot grapes arrived to the winery in the morning after being mechanically harvested.
The grapes were separated from them stems and after a gentle pressing, the must is transferred with the skins and seeds into stainless steel tanks to begin fermentation. The fermentation lasts for 7 days, at a temperature of 26°C, under different conditions required to generate the color, flavors, and aromas typical of this variety.
After fermentation is complete, the grapes are gently pressed in the pneumatic press and transferred to an insulated stainless steel tank to commence natural malolactic fermentation, which is a fermentation process intended to stabilize and soften the wine.
After completing malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred to French and American oak barrels to mature for six months.
Yiftah Vineyard 2014 is a single-vineyard wine from 95% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot grapes.
Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, the wine will continue to age well over time.
