This is a Mediterranean inspired blend. The grape varieties are Carignan, Shiraz, Petit Verdot, Petite Sirah and a little Viognier, which have been cherry picked from Carmel’s finest vineyards from all over Israel, including the Upper Galilee, Zichron Ya’acov, Judean Hills and the Negev. The wine was aged for 15 months in French oak barrels. It has a deep purple color, with an aroma of black cherries, spices, leather and truffles. The wine is elegant, well-balanced and has been made for cellaring. The drawing on the label is of Carmel’s Zichron Ya’acov Wine Cellars.
Or Haganuz - a unique blend of Mount Meron terroir and selected vineyards rich with history that can be traced back for centuries. Following decades of research where examined every clod of earth, incline and harvest, distinguished each vineyard. The result is in your hand - a series of high quality boutique wines with a distinctive identify. This wine was produced from northern Galilee Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the tiny Namura vineyard, only 3,000 sqm large, at 800 meters above sea level.
This wine is a blend of Petit Syrah 40% Petit Verdot 31% Shiraz 29%. Once blended, the blend was then further aged for an additional 15 months in French Oak Barrels. Deep red, dark and opaque colour, black fruit aromas and a complex bouquet of cocoa, leather and mint with soft tones of spices. Its body is full, and its finish balanced and prolonged. Aging will further enhance its quality.

The Teperberg Inspire Meritage is a heady composition of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot and 10% Cabernet Franc. The classic Bordeaux blend, which is matured for eight months in wine barrels, is characterised by a solid structure and flavours of ripened fruit.

70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 12% Petit Verdot, 4% Cabernet Franc, 4% Mourvedre The grapes are from a special 31 years old vineyard, located on the Dalton Plateau area in the upped Galilee, on of the oldest vineyards in Israel, 870 meters high above sea level, it has a yield of 5000Kg/Hecter, soil compsition of limestone and volcanic rock adds special flavors, that are typical to this area. The wine was aged in 225 liter Radoux barrels for 48 months, with the wine being transfered to new barrels again after 24 months. The result is a wine that is exceptionally rich in colour aroma and flavors.
Made exclusively from grapes harvested from a number of our finest Cabernet vineyards on the Golan Heights. The wine aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, 40% of which were new.
Tasting Note: The Mount Hermon White displays bright melon, citrus, floral, guava and green apple characters. This refreshing and drinkable wine is great for everyday enjoyment.
Delightful upon release, the wine is best appreciated within a couple of years of vintage. Try Mount Hermon White with a thick broiled salmon fillet, a plate of sushi, or a steaming helping of chicken piccata.
