Varieties: 72% Syrah, 19% Petit Verdot, 9% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Style: Deep purple in color, the wine displays characters of wild berries,
blueberries and red cherries, complemented by a hint of oak. The
strong and well-balanced wine exhibits a silky texture and a long,
Technical Data: The wine underwent about 14 days of fermentation on skins at 28ºC
(82ºF) as well as full malolactic fermentation, and aged 16 months in
French oak barrels.
Harvest: The season began with a relatively cold and dry winter, enabling the
grapevines to receive the required dosages of cold temperature for
hibernation. Toward spring, the area experienced several rainstorms
that created the conditions for uniform vine arousal and accelerated
